Dear Luigi, My home was built without a patio cover and was totally unusable during the summer months, during rain (occasionally) or during snow or ice (seldom but annoying). Due to a damaging hail storm my roof would need to be replaced. Since the old roof would have to be removed, I thought it would be logical to construct a patio cover at the same time. I also wanted my outdoor kitchen roofed to match the house.  You gave me a price for the entire job that was very reasonable. Your construction crew started work on the patio cover and had it done in two days.  The roofing crew followed and had everything completed, including clean up, in another two.  The results are as follows.  Aesthetically, the patio cover looks like it was designed and built into the original house, it does not look like an "add-on" at all. The patio is now usable year round and is a joy.  The house is cooler during the summer and my electric bill has gone down, and, I got a break on my homeowner's insurance! I heartily recommend both your construction and roofing services.
